Exchange and Refund Policies
When can I get a refund or exchange?
You can cancel your order anytime before it is shipped. You'll receive a full refund.
If your order was already shipped, you have to wait until it arrives. After the receipt, you have 7 consecutive days to ask for an exchange/refund for the following reasons: damaged goods, purchase regret, product didn't match description.
